The building construction process typically involves a great number of entities, including architecture, management and inspection, construction enterprises, materials and components suppliers, estate agents, promotion, having great demands at the planning and activities co-ordination level and implying the transference of great volume of information.
The aim of this project is the automation of processes intra enterprise (budgeting and generation of building agreements, engineering, planning and control of activities, provisioning and control of quality) and of processes inter enterprises (business management/budgeting, architecture and engineering, management and inspection sub-contract and provisioning).
The expected results of this project include gains at productivity, flexibility and answer capacity, global quality levels, as well as improvement in the enterprises image. These results are considered essential for the maintenance of the sector' enterprises competitiveness in the present scenery of increasing competition.
